In this retreat, explore feelings and emotions around life situations such as family, relationships, work, and past events and receive the skills to manage and direct day to day experiences with balance.
Many times our interactions with people and situations are driven by the brain stem or the instinctual, emotional, unconscious brain. Ancient yogic practices, can help us to activate the frontal lobe or the higher mind, from where we make more conscious decisions and better manage the mind and emotions.
Learn tools to manage and direct the mind and emotions, reduce stress, and bring equanimity to your life with yogic practices such as Hatha Yoga for expression, relaxation practices to reach the roots of emotions, conscious breath to activate the frontal lobe of the brain and an in-depth exploration of the emotions and mind through the meditation practice of Antar Darshan and Antar Mouna.
