Dehydrated foods are lightweight and portable, they can be stored at room temperature and the naturally present nutrition remains in the food.
Irma Jager will share her experience with dehydrating a whole range of foods including fruit & fruit leather, vegetables, herbs, activated nuts and even complete meals (like rice/curry).

Your speaker: Irma Jager lives with her family on a self-sufficiency farm in the Motueka Valley. She has a passion for growing, preparing, preserving and eating (!) her home-grown foods. She is New Zealand’s only certified Primal Health Coach and has a wealth of practical knowledge about eating a healthy, whole-food diet.
