This fun and hands-on workshop is for the younger generation (12 – 18 years old). Using local milk, you will learn how to turn the fresh milk into a piece of delicious, stretchy mozzarella. Take your own piece of mozzarella home and have it on pizza for dinner!
Irma Jager lives with her family on a self-sufficiency farm in the Motueka Valley. She has a passion for growing, preparing, preserving and eating (!) her home-grown foods. She is New Zealand’s only certified Primal Health Coach and has a wealth of practical knowledge abouteating a healthy, whole-food diet.
