Your guide to events in Nelson, New Zealand
Friday 6th-Sunday 8th October 2017
How do you feel being you? Are you ok in your skin? This is a retreat for teens to explore who we are, who we want to be and who we might become.
Mindfulness is a tool to help us get to know ourselves and each other more fully and deeply. Learning to be curious with ourselves and others, just as we are, and to explore who we might want to be is really powerful; it feels good to connect with ourselves and others with kindness and interest, patience and non-judgement.
Using fun, real-time, face-to-face drama communication games, meditation, movement and creative activities, we can make new discoveries about ourselves and each other. As we connect with ourselves and others, our world opens into new dimensions, and we can experience new possibilities about who we are.
Cost: Early bird: $150 (plus Dana/Koha for facilitators) if registered and paid in full more than 7 days before the workshop starts.
Full Fee: $175 (plus Dana/Koha for facilitators). This includes accommodation, food and cook’s fee.
