Find out how to transform a humble cabbage into a wonderful health-giving fermented feast with Irma Jager.
Irma Jager is a self-described “long-term fermentation freak”. Over the years she has gained both practical and scientific knowledge about the importance of looking after your gut.

Learn about the importance of pre- and pro-biotic foods and watch a cabbage transform into a jar of sauerkraut in this practical, informative and interesting talk.
