Lets Learn Letterpress

Saturday 21st April 2018

This workshop introduces the basic principles of typesetting by hand; press preparation; inking and printing. We will be using two of the beautiful vintage presses at the printery - the historic Albion flat bed press and the gorgeous cast iron hand press. There will be opportunities to see demonstrations of other printing equipment in the printery as well.
