Come and enjoy two hours of nourishment! Relax into a series of supported, restorative yoga poses as you are guided to connect more deeply to yourself.
Restorative yoga is a great 're-set' for your nervous system. It gives us time to switch out of our Sympathetic Nervous System (SNS- the 'fight or flight' mode) and into our Parasympathetic Nervous System (PSNS- 'rest and digest' mode). This kind of relaxation is so important for maintaining well-being.
Come along and give yourself a treat at the time of the full moon. :)
