The Eastern & Not Bruce Willis

Sunday 21st October 2018

In 2013 The Eastern closed out the Festival with a legendary night in the Granary. Now five years later, history repeats itself – this time on our mainstage!

Double-billed with local band Not Bruce Willis, and with your assistance of course, The Eastern will help us conclude our ticketed evening performances with a night that will get your toes a-tappin!

The Eastern is a string band that roars like a punk band, swings like a gospel band, drinks like a country band, works like a bar band, hopes like folk singers, sings love songs like union songs, writes union songs like love songs, and wants to slow dance and stand on tables, all at the same time.

Not Bruce Willis is a four-piece bundle of energy comprising many different genres and styles, all glued together with rock sensibilities, wry humour and acerbic social observations.
