Motueka Library: Maori Myths and Legends

Monday 10th September 2018

Celebrate Maori Language Week 2018 with us!
The theme for this year is Kia Kaha - talking about language, health, strength and revitalisation. So when we say Kia Kaha te Reo Maori, we're saying Let's Make the Maori Language Strong.

We invite you to join us for Pip's wonderful storytelling session of Maori myths and legends.

Learn some of New Zealand's history with the telling of authentic stories that have been handed down through the generations.

Discover our collection of Maori myths and legends for children.
