Centre for Fine Woodworking Exhibition

Friday 14th December 2018-Saturday 12th January 2019

The 2018 exhibition celebrates and showcases the work of the seven graduating students who have completed the 32-week intensive 2018 Furniture Makers' Programme. The work on show is designed and made by students who started the programme back in April with no previous woodworking skills.

Some of the pieces are for sale - a rare chance to purchase the beautiful work of our emerging artisan craftspeople.

The Centre for Fine Woodworking is New Zealand's premier furniture making, woodworking and design school with an international reputation. The school is a not-for-profit organisation set up specifically to offer the highest level of tuition in fine woodworking available in New Zealand and to preserve and pass on these time honoured skills.

Students from all over the world attend short courses, weekend workshops and the flagship full time programme.

Course information and programme details will also be available at the exhibition.
