Your guide to events in Nelson, New Zealand
Sunday 10th March 2019
Tickets available from TryBooking.com and TSB Bank from mid February.
Start from Wakefield Quay (beside Guytons fish shop).
Buses leave 8.15am, 9am & 9.45am. The walk is 8 km and will take up to 3 hours. Some Bach owners may have their baches open to visit. The Lighthouse will be open with its historic display and there will be a barbeque (do bring some cash for this) and speakers will outline some features of the area.
A boat (Sailing Charters) will bring walkers from the Cut at the southern end of the Boulder Bank back to Wakefield Quay.
For those not wishing to walk, there will be a boat-both-ways option (operated by the Ferry) taking you direct to a point about 100m from the Lighthouse.
This Nelson West Rotary is a fundraiser for Nelson Coastguard and the Rotary Foundation. Sponsors include Gold Sponsor - Knapps Lawyers, and Silver Sponsors - TSB Bank, Printhouse, and Stoke Garden & Landscapes
