The benefits others have derived from the practice of this Qigong are wide ranging; from improved energy, sleep, mobility, balance, digestion to decreased pain, inflammation, blood pressure.
The Wild Goose Qigong system dates back over 1,800 years over 28 generations of Grandmasters. It has amassed an extensive library of medical, martial and spiritual Qigong exercises and applications. Opened up to the public in 1978, by the late 27th Grandmaster, Madam Yang Mei June, it is quickly growing across the globe.
Over the ten classes, I will be teaching you three movement and meditation exercises from this time-honoured Qigong system; the 1st 64, Body Strengthening by Patting and Jing Gong / Meditation.
It's my job teach you Wild Goose Qigong and enable your ongoing practice so you will reap maximum benefits.
I know that sometimes it’s not possible to attend every class. Sometimes it can be difficult to maintain practice between classes and into the future. That’s OK. That’s why, when you enrol in the course, I’m going to give you free lifetime access to my online courses in the Da Yan Academy, so you can continue your learning and practice whenever you wish.
