Would you like to de-stress and get away from the stress of everyday life? Or would you just like to have some time-out?
This retreat will be an exploration of mindfulness, with yoga classes and guided meditations. The yoga classes will be Hatha yoga type classes and are suitable for everyone – from beginners to more experienced. We will also explore restorative yoga.
The retreat has everything needed to help you relax and renew yourself, to find your inner balance, to let go of stress and tension. There will be time to go for walks and to rest and reflect - to have time for 'you'. Enjoy your free time by going for a walk or swimming in the indoor or outdoor pool. You can relax in the spa pool, sauna, steam room, or just read a book on the sun deck overlooking the breath-taking Kaiteriteri beach.
