This 6 week meditation course will practice Tibetan Buddhist Meditation techniques that have been adapted for modern life. We cover topics including breathing meditation, mind like the sky, dealing with negative energy, healing white light meditation, and developing an altruistic motivation. There will be time for discussion allowing us to learn and connect with each other. We provide the tools for you to establish your own daily meditation practice. Everyone welcome, come exactly as you are.
