NCMA presents Orchestral Pathways Concert

Sunday 23rd June 2019

Join us for an afternoon of entertaining and heartfelt performances by students in the Orchestral Pathways Programme here at NCMA. You will be treated to a wonderfully diverse programme performed by an equally diverse group of students of all ages and stages. With four Youth Orchestras now in full swing (Beginner Youth, Junior Youth, Intermediate Youth and Senior Youth) and two adult orchestras (Orchestra Club and Greenhill Community Orchestra), you can sit back, relax and prepare to be transported through an eclectic range of repertoire. Whether it be the sensational film music from Indiana Jones and The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, or the Hallelujah Chorus from Handel’s Messiah, there will be something to suit everybody. Under the exceptional leadership of Joel Bolton and with assistance from Anna Maitland, the students of these orchestras would love to share with you the fruits of their labour.

Entry by donation (paper koha please), payable at the door. First in, first served.

Please contact Nelson Centre of Musical Arts if you require wheelchair seating on 03 548 9477 or music@ncma.nz.
