7:00pm Wiz Kid and the Biscuits from Waimea College
7:30pm I Nu - a New Caledonian group with French, Melanesian Folk and easy-listening music perform.

Wiz Kid and the Biscuits are a band from Waimea College that make genre-busting beats. There are four members including, Eva Fowler, (Rockquest winner of the mains musicianship award 2018) Zak Milson, Lucy Pritchard and Jonty Bond. They are not afraid to put all musical ideas on the table and will be sure to get the crowd moving with their musicianship

More on I Nu: This year, Alliance Française Nelson Tasman brings you the professional band I Nu from New Caledonia with singers Marianne and Hnawejë and upcoming sensation Ala Hukane on percussion, saxophone and backing vocals. Beside Loyalty Islands traditional folk music tones, the band feeds on other influences: bossa nova, jazz, blues, reggae, Reunion island maloya music, Brazilian music, and more. Come and enjoy!
