This month we’re focusing on the environment at Richmond Library.

Join us for a series of fascinating talks that will get you thinking about the world we live in.

12.00pm-1.00pm, Tuesday 3 September: What on earth is climate change? With Jenny Easton.

12.00pm-1.00pm, Monday 9 September: Freshwater Fish – The latest discoveries of the cryptic creatures of Tasman’s waterways with Trevor James.

12.00pm-1.00pm, Thursday 12 September: Find out about Project Janszoon with Bruce Vander Lee.

12.00pm-1.00pm, Thursday 19 September: Discover whio, the blue duck, with Jason Malham.

6.30pm, Tuesday 24 September: Watch Before The Flood, a National Geographic documentary (bookings essential).

5.30pm-6.30pm, Wednesday 25 September: What is Extinction Rebellion? Find out with Jose G Cano.

12.00pm-1.00pm, Thursday 26 September: Find out about Māori relationships to the land and kaitiakitanga with Renee Taylor.

All these events are free and everyone is welcome to attend.
