Richmond Library: Introduction to Pilates

Come along and learn about the benefits of the Pilates method of exercise, then do a 45 minute mat class to experience this way of moving for yourself.

This free introductory Pilates class is for anyone that likes to explore movement.

Tania has been teaching Pilates for over 20 years. She loves the way Pilates can be adapted for every body – including yours!

Pilates helps you live a joyful life where movement and everyday tasks feel free and comfortable.

Attending this class gives you the opportunity to enter a free prize draw.

Bring a mat and hand towel.
