Your guide to events in Nelson, New Zealand
Sunday 3rd May 2020
We will be having our last open day for the season, here at Willow Bank Heritage Village on SUN 3 May.
(Open Days are the first Sunday of the Month - Sept - May).
We have over 20 shops set up for you to explore as a "living museum" with Bakelite phones that are connected so you can experience using dial phones - something many today have never seen or used!
Visit our 1950s style Burger Bar with a great selection of Burgers and a Sausage Sizzle - so now staying for lunch is an option!
We have a Victorian Cafe where you can drink tea & coffee out of vintage china, and choose from our range of Cake & Tea Sandwiches.
Other interesting things to see are our Dolls museum, School House, Doctor Studio, Puppet Theatre, Photography studio & Costume shop, where you can try on an outfit and take your own photo, an old style bakery, a grocery store and haberdashery.
Its so worth checking out!
