Higgins Park Community Craft Fair

Thursday 2nd January 2020

The Higgins Heritage Park is in fact a "family" of museums and is the home to a huge variety of exhibits ranging from hand tools to New Zealand's largest portable steam engine. There are many other rare and interesting items to view as you wander around The Park & rides for the Children. THIS YEAR will again see the inclusion of a Community Craft Fair Event - with local entertainers, scrumptious food carts, Devonshire Teas at the Big Tree Cafe and an amazing array of local & regional craft sites. Our Theme for the day is based on a West Coast living legend author Moe Bowes from the title of 2 of his recent books - "Back in the Day"- giving tribute to many West Coast "boys" and their old cars from days past. AND hopefully we can encourage some of these "boys" to visit us on the day.
