Shodo Daisuki Nakama translates as 'mate of calligraphy enthusiasts'

As a Grand Master Calligrapher Akiko Crowther started Calligraphy when she was five years old.

Akiko Loves making creative works, and enjoys teaching and creating with her students. Many are discovering this wonderful art, even though they do not speak Japanese. These students enjoy learning the meanings of the works, the discipline of the training, and making wonderful art works.

Calligraphy on Japanese traditional hanging scroll and frame, made by silk fabric and Japanese handmade paper.

"So, this exhibition will be 15th Anniversary of my Yu Yu Japanese Calligraphy Schooling’s NZ.
Calligraphy students are very love the Japanese Calligraphy. They were exhibited in Tokyo last July! All Japanese audience were so so surprised their calligraphy!! One of the top Japanese Master Calligrapher offered the exhibition next year!!

So we will be hold exhibition in Japan next June 2020.

You will be sure very enjoy this exhibition!"
