Richmond Library: Brain Gym With Bruno Saia

Saturday 25th January 2020

When was the last time you exercised your brain?

Everyone aged 6-106 is invited to join Bruno Saia in learning fun puzzles and games for exercising your brain.

Our brain needs to be stimulated in order to perform well, regardless of age. These stimuli develop connections between the neurons called synapses, and those synapses are responsible for enhancing attention, concentration, memory, motor coordination, creativity, spatial vision and logical reasoning.

The brain is stimulated by learning, studying, doing puzzles, exercises, playing, having fun, expressing ourselves, reading, listening to music - and that’s just some of what participants will experiment at Bruno Saia's Brain Gym workshop.

Spaces are limited, so please book your spot on Eventbrite.
