This day workshop is a part of the Science of Yoga & Meditation Retreat.
Build a foundation of understanding brain processes that underlie emotions and emotional regulation. From this foundation, yoga philosophy, psychology and practices are explored in terms of how regular yoga participation benefits the development of emotional wisdom and wellbeing.
Join inspirational speaker, Dr. Maarten Immink, cognitive neuro-scientist and trained yoga teacher, as he shares the science behind the power of yoga and meditation.
Finish at 5pm, or join us for an optional Havan (fire ceremony) and dinner afterwards, concluding at 7pm.
