Moonlit Reading: Telling Stories

Sunday 8th March 2020

Stories can be told through words, pictures, voice and now, with digital technology, through a vibrant combination of these in the form of audiobooks. Are you new to this medium? The Nelson Public Libraries team will introduce you to their favourite digital stories, share a hands-on demonstration of audiobooks in a small group setting, and help you take the plunge into a world of multi-dimensional stories. Bring a device, if you have one, and headphones if you’re ready to get listening. The session will end with the opportunity to rest with a good book. Bring your own book or device, or borrow from a selection supplied by Nelson Public Libraries or generously donated by Volume Books.
