Already Free Documentary Screening

Saturday 22nd February 2020

After 1.5 years of filming and production, the film is ready to be sent out into the world and into the hearts of many.

Already Free documents the profound transformation of Dorrie van Roij-Houtappels from New Zealand and Norberto Rodrigues from Portugal. Though living thousands of miles apart, these two ordinary people independently discovered an innovative form of Qigong that offers the promise of health, inner peace and true freedom.

Dorrie, an inquisitive thinker and mother of two, currently living in Auckland, explores the meaning of life as she faces depression, doubt and fear.
Norberto, a spiritual seeker and young martial arts practitioner living in Lisbon, Portugal, finds himself facing permanent disability and constant pain through severe injury to his back.

The practice has transformed them in dramatic and profound ways, deeply touching everyone in their lives. It opens them to the true freedom of mind and heart that is the ultimate promise of most spiritual traditions.

We invite you to a unique private screening of the documentary that explores this topic, ALREADY FREE followed by a Q&A session with Dorrie van Roij-Houtappels .
