Motueka Library: Race Unity - Journey of a Lifetime

Since 2009, the Multicultural Council of Nelson Tasman has organised Race Unity Day to Celebrate Cultural Diversity.

This year, Tasman District Libraries is holding a series of events throughout March to support and complement Race Unity Day (which is celebrated on Sunday 22 March in Nelson).

In this event, Phil Baker talks about his new book Journey of a Lifetime.

From an early age Phil and his wife Margaret had an overpowering ambition to travel and see the world. Journey of a Lifetime: The Life, Travels and Adventures of Phil and Margaret Baker is brimming with beautiful photos and is very readable.

Come along to hear more about this book and the wonderful world travels of this adventurous duo.

Books can be purchased for $30 each.
