Your guide to events in Nelson, New Zealand

Come along and join me for this series of yoga sessions which will be a lovely combination of Hatha and Restorative Yoga to see you through winter. You'll begin by moving through postures co-ordinating breath and mindful awareness, stretching and strengthening. The second part of the sessions will involve inviting a sense of deep relaxation into your mind and body through breath, postures in which your body is comfortably supported with the use of bolsters, blocks and blankets, music and relaxations. Time to restore and replenish. A delicious mid-week rejuvenator.
Classes are small and friendly and everyone is welcome. All levels, including beginners. Please bring a yoga mat and blanket. Bolsters, blocks and additional blankets are provided. Cost $72.
