Hatha/Restorative Yoga with Sue Ransom

Wednesday 19th August-Wednesday 23rd September 2020

In this delicious mid-week rejuvenator, you'll move through postures co-ordinating your breath with mindful awareness. Then there'll be time for you to invite a deep sense of relaxation into your body and mind in comfortably supported postures using bolsters, blocks and blankets (provided), allowing your body and mind to restore and replenish.


* Being warmly welcomed whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for a while

* Small and friendly classes

* A restful, warm practice space

These sessions are a lovely way to self-nurture, and are also ideal for stress management.
