Atkins Gallery Heritage Month Exhibition

Saturday 10th April 2021

Art exhibition opening on Saturday 10 April at 5 pm at Atkins Gallery, at Founders Park, (behind the Hop Museum). This is to celebrate Tuku 21 Whakatu - Nelson Heritage Month by presenting paintings by Toss Woollaston, Nelson/Tasman's most well-known artist (1910-98). There are some paintings that are new to the gallery featuring nudes and portraits, as well as local landscapes.

Do come along and have a glass of wine and enjoy the artworks - including pottery by Jim Trembath, Lindsay Smith, paintings - Marilyn Andrews and Jane Riley, photographs by Maisie Blackwood, and fused glass by Roz Speirs.
