Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy 8-Week Course

MBCT is a clinically trialled and evidence-based eight- week program for managing stress, anxiety and depression. Recommended by the National Institute for Clinical Excellence, UK for the treatment of recurrent depression and to manage ruminative thinking and anxiety.
