Morning Relaxing Yoga with Sue Ransom

Thursday 3rd February-Thursday 10th March 2022

This new block of sessions will be a beautifully calming combination of movement and breathing, and then deliciously extended relaxation time.

In these morning sessions, you'll move through postures coordinating your breath with mindful awareness. Then there'll be time for you to invite a deep sense of relaxation into your body and mind in comfortably supported postures using bolsters, blocks and blankets (provided), allowing your body and mind to rest deeply.


- Being warmly welcomed whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for a while
- Small and friendly classes
- A beautiful private studio practice space with time spent in the surrounding established gardens when possible these summer days

These sessions are a lovely way to self-nurture and are also ideal for stress management. A beautiful way to take care of yourself, and soothing in these uncertain times.
