Students will become more aware of their surroundings and potential dangers; to know how to avoid and de-escalate these, and if necessary, respond and recover. There is a practical element to the course – each session will contain group discussions and hands on scenario-based self-defence. You will learn to defend attacks from the front, back, ground-defence and common attacks. No level of fitness required, just a willingness to participate and learn.
