Cake Decorators are holding an all day workshop.
You will learn how to sculpt chocolate flowers using the palette knife technique. You will be working on a 6inch cake covered in chocolate ganache. The flowers are sculpted with chocolate ganache.

Lunch and morning tea is provided.
You will receive a 6inch cake covered in chocolate ganache. You will receive chocolate ganache and palette knives to create your chocolate flowers.
