The Appleby School Country Fair is one of the Nelson region's best fairs and attracts thousands of visitors each year.

Holding with tradition, the fair features live music (thanks to our own school band) and performances, as well as the usual fair attractions like pony rides, petting zoo, big dig, plants and produce sales, white elephant, food and beverage sales, the haunted house, face-painting and bouncy castle.
