'Guilt, Shame, Who's to Blame' Workshop

Saturday 10th-Sunday 11th August 2024

Participate in a transformative workshop aimed at disrupting the inner critic, addressing guilt and shame, and ending the blame cycle.

This event will offer various practical exercises intended to change negative patterns within a secure setting. Designed for individuals who encounter guilt and shame, struggle with blame, or seek to enhance self-compassion and establish stronger boundaries in relationships.

Attendees will learn tools to mitigate guilt, understand trauma responses, foster inner kindness, and enhance their ability to set boundaries with empathy.
