This Vinyasa Flow class is for anyone wanting to start their week with an energising and uplifting yoga class that its worth getting up early for!
Vinyasa Flow is a style of yoga where poses are linked together to form fluid sequences of movement connected with your breath.
It is a great way to increase flexibility, strength and reduce stress.
