Mapua Community Hall is located in the heart of Mapua Village, 30 minutes drive from Nelson and a few minutes drive or walk from the vibrant Mapua Waterfront Precinct with its range of restaurants and boutique businesses. Also nearby in the region are many vineyards and diverse artists' studios open for visiting.

The Hall was fully renovated and refurbished in 2013 and has a total occupancy of 339 . Facilities include an accredited commercial kitchen; bar facilities; a full sized hall (capacity 240); toilets, changing rooms and showers; smaller meeting rooms and access to the adjacent domain. This allows the possibility of inside/outside events with a large deck surrounding the whole building.

The facility is suitable for weekend conferences; smaller seminars and meetings; weddings and other family/personal functions; concerts and performances . Community groups may also hire the hall facilities for their regular activities and programmes.
