The Park is suitable for trade / animal shows, private day functions, markets, equine events, vehicle & motocross events, large public events & various classes just to mention a few of the Park's past uses. Tables & chairs can be supplied as required in indoor venues.

Birch Hall
Suitable for functions / meetings of up to 80 people as well as a variety of classes. Tea & coffee making facilities available.
Main area: 21 x 7 metres.
Kitchen: 9 x 6 metres
Servery & Side Room: 4.3 x 8 metres.
UNAVAILABLE FOR HIRE: Monday – Thursday evenings & 2nd, 3rd, 4th Thursday of every month.

1st Grandstand
President’s Room: Suitable for small meetings of approx. 20 people
Members Bar: Suitable for larger meetings of approx. 50 people
Upstairs Members Bar: Suitable for larger meetings of 50+ people as well as yoga classes.

2nd Grandstand
Waimea Room: 7 x 9 metres - Suitable for small meetings of approx. 50 people
Public Bar: 26 x 9 metres - Suitable for functions / larger meetings of 50+ people
The whole area can also be hired as one.
