The Gecko
The Gecko is Motueka's Independent Cinema. It has two auditoriums: a spacious 35 seats theatre, and a cute, cosy and intimate 10 seats theatre.
With couches, armchairs, footrests and coffee tables, it offers a relaxed comfortable setting to enjoy the best high definition festival quality feature films and documentaries from around the world and New Zealand.
The Gecko has a great selection of hot and cold drinks, tasty treats and delicious locally made gourmet ice cream. Nothing like putting your feet up with a nice hot chocolate, hot pop-corn or an eskimo pie while watching the most captivating films.
Tickets $9 Tuesday & Wednesday / $13 rest of the week
