Development of event evaluation questionnaire (recommend utilising electronic questionnaire), dissemination of questionnaire to event attendees, analysis of questionnaire data including frequencies eg: how many attendees answered Yes/No to a question and cross-tabulation eg: how many males vs females answered Yes/No to a question, writing up of event evaluation feedback/data into a report including graphs as appropriate.
