Senior Summer Activities Age Concern - Tai Chi

Join us to have a go at tai chi, a wonderful, calm and restorative exercise, with expert tutors.
Organised by Age Concern Nelson Tasman with support from TDC & NCC. It provides an opportunity for older people to try new activities in the region's parks and reserves.
No registration is required.
