CMNZ is delighted to be presenting, NZ Arts Foundation laureate and multiple award-winning musician, Delaney Davidson for a five-centre tour to launch his 10th studio album – Out of my Head.

One of the most distinctive figures in Aotearoa’s musical landscape, Delaney Davidson is well known for his hypnotic and original One Man and his Ghost Orchestra. Enigmatic, multi-instrumentalist both defines and commands his own unique realm in the shadowy musical world some call ‘Country-Noir'.

Recorded in Kurow and Diamond Harbour, the songs from Out of My Head were largely written by Delaney Davidson with notable co-writers Marlon Williams, Hayley Westenra, Sam Scott, and Miranda Eastern.

For this exclusive launch tour, Delaney is joined by a string ensemble, who’ll bring to life the exquisite arrangements from Tom Rainey.
