Join me for this weekly evening yoga practice and experience the beautiful benefits of yoga for yourself as you enjoy:

- Being warmly welcomed whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for a while
- Small and friendly classes
- A beautiful practice studio
- Options given throughout so you can tailor the practice to your needs
- Moving through a series of asanas (postures) to stretch and strengthen your body
- Working with your breath
- Relaxing, so important for your overall wellbeing

These sessions are a lovely way to take regular care of yourself, nurturing your body and mind.

Beginners always welcome :)

Please note this eight week yoga block will take place over nine weeks as there won't be a session on Waitangi Day on the 6th February.
