- Options given throughout so you can tailor the practice to your needs
- Moving through a series of asanas (postures) to stretch and strengthen your body
- Working with your breath
- Relaxing, so important for your overall wellbeing
These sessions are a lovely way to take regular care of yourself, nurturing your body, mind and soul.
