Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise that can help with leg strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, posture, breathing and a better sense of wellbeing. Classes will include warmups known as Qigong and the Sun 41 Tai Chi form. Suitable for all levels of ability. Most people are eligible for a 50% subsidy.
