Join Riverside Education and master cheesemaker David Asher for a captivating three-hour journey into the art of mozzarella making. Discover the secrets of transforming locally-sourced raw milk into soft, stretchy cheese right in your own kitchen.

Learn hands-on the process of culturing starters, making simple rennet cheeses, and perfecting curd pulling, all through natural fermentation techniques. David, an advocate for traditional dairying methods and a renowned author in the field, will guide you through the age-old art, illuminating the relationship between food fermentations and sustainable production.
