Broga: Men's Yoga Class

This men's yoga class is for you if you’d like to try yoga but never felt flexible enough, or would prefer not to be in a mixed class.
The style of yoga is Vinyasa Flow where poses are linked together to form fluid sequences of movement connected with your breath.
It is a great way to increase flexibility, strength and reduce stress.
