Whatever the violin plays, it always touches the heart.

In this sparkling concert, the popular and versatile duo Cathy Irons (violin) and Dan Robertson (piano) team up with talented bassist, Theo Henderson (double bass). Together, they explore the wondrous world of music as seen through the eyes of the violin, traveling through a kaleidoscope of different styles and eras.

Join them on a journey from haunting ancient melodies to pulsating Gypsy tunes, through lively folk numbers across to the island rhythms of Jamaica and the passion of Argentinian tango, interspersed with popular swing, Latin and jazz numbers by Miles Davis, Chick Corea and others.
