Wallace Shield - Race 2
Race two of a fun, three-event, cross-country series for runners and walkers. Events are Saturdays - 6 April, 20 April & 4 May - all at Moturoa/Rabbit Island and each with a different challenge.

Runners: 5k
Walkers: 3.4k
Juniors can choose 1 lap (1.7km), 2 laps (3.4km) or 3 laps (5km).

Second Event: 20 April 2023.

This event is a standard race with all runners and walkers starting together at 2:30pm. But can you beat your time from Race 1?

Meet at the Totara Picnic Area.

Registration is from 1.45pm, race briefing 2.20pm, race start 2.30pm.

Points are awarded at each event. To be eligible for the trophy or prizes competitors must be members of Waimea Harriers and compete in the same category in all three events.

Not able to make it to all three events? Come to those you can and have a fun run or walk! Everyone and all abilities are welcome.
