Game 2: 7PM Hellmilton Roller Ghouls VS Local team 'Nelson Bays Roller Derby'

Full Contact Roller Sport: 18-50+ 1 hour (2x 30 minute halves)

Two Jammers against eight Blockers, battle it out in two-minute `jams'- Each Jammer makes their way through the opposition pack of 4 blockers - the first though becomes lead Jammer (they can call the jam off early) every subsequent pass of the pack gets the points.

30 seconds later another fresh pack of jammers and blockers start another 2-minute Jam

The Jammers are the stars (they have one on their helmet) skill, speed and fitness.

Blockers are the Defense, blocking the opposition Jammer and Offence assisting their Jammer through.

If the not lead jammer gets stuck, they can pass the star to the pivot blocker to take over (stripe on helmet).

Power Jam only one Jammer on the track (the other one has got a penalty).

The rules are for health and safety + fairness.
